We are looking for welders for our client Fortaco Finland Oy in Kurikka for permanent positions, as there is a high and urgent need. Fortaco has production units in six different countries and approximately 2800 employees in total. In Finland, Fortaco operates in Kurikka and Sastamala. As the defense industry grows, our client needs more skilled welders. The selected individuals will primarily work with MAG welding. We are looking for professionals with experience in welding. The work may be single-shift or two-shift. We expect applicants to: * Follow safety and work instructions * Be of legal age * Have the ability to read drawings We offer: * Permanent and full-time employment * Work in a reputable client company Salary: The minimum salary is €14.30/hour. The salary includes the industry-specific job complexity groups 6 or 7 according to the Technology Industry Collective Agreement, plus a 6% personal salary component paid from the start. In addition to the minimum salary, a production bonus system is in place, and if working in two shifts, shift allowances according to the Technology Industry Collective Agreement are paid, with evening shift allowances of €1.35/hour. The total hourly earnings at the start of employment are estimated to be approximately €15.00-17.00.
