Job description: In this role, you will be responsible for basic care of the elderly in their own homes, medication management, and supporting daily activities. The job also includes recording and monitoring patient information in the Domacare system. Shifts are mainly in the morning and evening, and you can influence when and how often you work. A few hours of orientation and the possibility to complete medication licenses in advance are provided at the start. Requirements: * Qualification as a practical nurse * Medication licenses (or readiness to obtain them) * Good communication skills * Independent and responsible work attitude * B driving license (work involves mobility) The role requires vaccination protection according to infectious disease law.
