Job Description
The specialist maintains and develops cooperation between the emergency center and various partners, as well as develops the operations of the emergency center. The position is based at the Pori emergency center. The specialist is responsible for preparing and implementing instructions and regulations necessary for the operation of the emergency center. They oversee the coordination, development, and staff training of dispatch operations, alarm and communication activities, and services. The specialist acts as an expert, trainer, and member of the national team in their field of emergency center operations.
