We provide thorough orientation, an open work community, and the opportunity to focus on comprehensive nursing work. Your tasks As a nurse in Pansio-Jyrkkälä home care, you will act as a care expert within a multidisciplinary team. You will have responsibility for client care and will plan, implement, and evaluate nursing activities. You will make decisions related to nursing work and support your team of nurses. You will have support from other nurses in the area, a doctor, a responsible nurse, a supervisor, and gerontological social work. Specialized services such as diabetes and wound care are available to you. You will primarily work morning shifts. What we expect from you You are a nurse who wants to work with the elderly in home care and can make independent decisions related to nursing. The role requires good spoken and written Finnish skills. A driver’s license and the ability to use your own car are necessary. An active LOVe pharmacy license, experience working with the elderly, and Pegasos OMNI and RAI skills are considered an advantage. The qualification requirement for the role is a license as a nurse under the Act on Health Care Professionals (559/1994). Students are also considered, provided they meet the role’s requirements. To work as a nurse with us, you must have completed over 140 ECTS credits and medication administration studies.
