Senior Recruiter (Retail) - Trilogy International - Remote - Global

Position SummaryWe currently have an exciting and challenging opportunity available to be part of the Korn Ferry RPO team! Our client, a leading retail and consumer goods company, is looking for a Senior Recruiter to be based in Makati, Manila, working onsite. As a Senior Recruiter, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, be a subject matter expert in applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies, and recruitment process effectiveness. Responsibilities include owning the recruitment lifecycle for key business areas, focusing on direct sourcing and diversity, developing recruitment strategies with hiring managers, maintaining stakeholder relationships, utilizing sourcing tools, and providing market and salary information. Extensive experience in a similar field, RPO, or internal recruitment within a global organization is required. Prior experience in hiring for corporate functions in retail and consumer goods is advantageous. Excellent communication skills in English and Tagalog, IT literacy, data interpretation, sourcing methodologies, and stakeholder management are essential.
