Job Description
The Western Uusimaa Wellbeing Service Area (LUVN) is seeking a person for the AI Trainee role to participate in the development, maintenance, and deployment of AI solutions as part of the Digital Services SOTE-ICT team. LUVN is Finland's third-largest wellbeing area, operating from Espoo to Hanko. We develop pioneering AI solutions for social and health care, particularly utilizing Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and AI agent solutions. In this role, you will work in an environment combining AI, cybersecurity, data protection, and social and health care systems and processes. The AI Trainee will work as part of LUVN's AI development team and collaborate closely with AI specialists, as well as other experts in Digital Services and Development & Innovation. Your tasks include participating in the practical development, management, and user support of AI solutions. Examples of tasks: - Building and developing AI chatbots and agents - Supporting Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform solutions - Developing prompt and agent logic - Advising users and supporting deployment - Creating user guides and documentation - Participating in process development from an AI perspective - Acting as the main user and application support for the AI documentation project - Supporting the AI-assisted documentation project - Maintaining and developing guidelines and governance models You will have the opportunity to build and test AI agents and modern generative AI solutions using tools such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, ChatGPT, Claude environment, Azure AI Foundry, Power Platform, and other modern AI and agent platforms. We value practical experience with premium versions of these tools, as well as experience in building agents, developing prompts, workflow automation, integrations, and experimenting with or deploying generative AI. The most important thing for us is genuine interest in AI technologies and a desire to learn. In this role, you will also participate in addressing AI Act requirements, practical implementations of data protection and risk management, developing AI solution governance models, and understanding enterprise-level AI architecture and operational models. Workplace: Western Uusimaa Wellbeing Service Area Working hours: 36 hours 15 minutes The position is fixed-term for 6 months. Start date by agreement.
