Job Description
We are hiring coil winders for complex transformer production at the transformer factory in Vaasa, part of Hitachi Energy's Transformers business unit. The role involves operating coil winding machines, installing insulation materials, connecting winding materials with welding methods, and working as part of a production team. Candidates should have experience with craft skills, good teamwork, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude. The job requires physical fitness, safety-mindedness, flexibility, and positive attitude. Finnish language skills and a technical vocational degree or work experience plus basic IT skills are preferred. The position is full-time, on-site, with potential for shift work.
