Associate Recruiter - Trilogy International - Remote - Global

Korn Ferry is searching for an experienced Associate Recruiter based in the Czech Republic to join our RPO Team and support one of our Clients. Working as an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a strong candidate pipeline, sourcing channel optimization and proactive development of talent pools. Work closely with Recruiters to align sourcing activities to workforce plans and understand recruitment needs. Identify relevant channels and strategy to source candidates matching client requirements. Measure and monitor the effectiveness of the strategic sourcing framework against predefined outcomes. Ensure effective candidate relationship management strategies are are managed to build strong relationships with the passive candidate community. Partner with recruiters and team members to generate ideas and share information to facilitate effective searches. Lead ongoing candidate pipeline development and talent network expansion for all active requisitions. Be a subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness. Occasional business travel to Stará Turá, Slovakia.
