Sales Assistant

We are seeking a sales assistant for Sale Kyröntie in Kyrö. The position is temporary, part-time 10 hours per week, with start at the end of October according to the agreement. Shifts will also be at Sale Kyröntie and Sale Pöytyä. Duties include customer service, cash handling, shelf replenishment, collecting robot orders, general tidying and cleaning. The work is fast-paced and requires the ability to switch tasks. Some shifts may be solo, so you must be of legal age. Shifts vary on weekdays and weekends between 7:00 and 22:00. You must be able to move between store locations during opening hours. You fit if you enjoy social and independent work and make customers feel welcome. You will help keep the store in good condition with the team and take initiative in tasks. Prior sales experience and ability to work alone are considered a benefit but not mandatory. Pay is based on the Retail Trade Collective Agreement; hourly wage ranges from €10.89 to €14.57 depending on training and years of experience. Evening and weekend bonuses apply on shift work, and there is potential for performance bonuses up to €1.20 per hour.
