Job Description
This internship offers an opportunity to gain new knowledge, experience, and professional development in an international company. You will get insight into the daily work of the HR department, assist with document preparation, processing, archiving, participate in recruitment projects, conduct phone interviews, and organize HR activities. The role requires accuracy, good communication skills, willingness to learn, interest in company processes, and good Latvian language skills. The internship is based at Miera Street 22, Riga, with working hours from 8:30 to 17:00. An internship agreement with the educational institution is mandatory.
