Job Description

Autorekry is Finland's first and only specialist company in automotive recruitment, headhunting, and personnel leasing. We know the industry companies, environment, and people. We are looking for an active and automotive-interested recruitment consultant to support our growth. The role involves active new customer acquisition, developing existing client relationships, understanding automotive companies' staffing needs, and managing recruitment and headhunting assignments independently with team support. The job requires understanding people, identifying client needs, and engaging in goal-oriented discussions with various people. Experience in the automotive sector and sales, recruitment, or personnel leasing is preferred. Fluency in Finnish and good English skills are required. The role offers an independent, responsible position in a growing company, with flexible hybrid work at Technopolis Aviapolis, Vantaa, and opportunities across Finland. Salary is competitive and influenced by activity.
