Job Description
As a service assistant, you are part of the timetable team responsible for the efficient and appropriate use of our facilities. Your tasks include creating semester schedules, making reservation changes, and managing bookings. You will also guide and assist users with booking practices and check the condition of the facilities. The work requires a solution-oriented and practical approach. The job can be hectic at times, requiring flexibility and resilience. Good IT skills are essential. Proficiency in Finnish and basic English skills are required. You should also have the ability to work independently and possess good organizational and communication skills. Training will be provided, but previous experience in similar tasks is appreciated.
