Job Description
The Senior Reporting Analyst will be part of a global team and is responsible for delivering client-specific reporting and analysis to internal and external stakeholders. You will liaise with Korn Ferry management and client stakeholders, providing additional oversight and consultancy on the RPO account(s) you support. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining reports on recruitment processes using data from applicant tracking systems like Workday, SuccessFactors, Oleeo, and Korn Ferry’s data warehouse. You will create dashboards in Excel and Power BI, interpret data to identify trends, measure performance, and suggest improvements. The role involves auditing data, improving data quality, and supporting junior analysts. Strong Power BI or BI tool experience, analytical skills, stakeholder engagement, and attention to detail are required.
