We are currently looking for energetic cleaners to join our teams in Oulu and nearby areas to bring joy to both our customers and coworkers daily lives. What kind of work is this? We mainly clean private homes, so you'll be doing concrete and meaningful work to make our customers' everyday lives easier. Most of our customers have regular cleaning services, but we also do occasional cleanings, such as moving-out cleanings and window washing. Typically, you will clean 2–3 locations per day, working in pairs. Our customers are very friendly, and some homes have pets, so being an animal lover is definitely a plus! Why should you work with us? - Working in pairs makes daily tasks easier, more enjoyable, and safer. Your work partner may be English-speaking, so we hope that communicating in English will not be a problem for you. - Evenings and weekends off! Work is generally scheduled on weekdays during the day, mostly between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM. - The position is permanent 30 hours/week. The job starts as soon as possible according to the agreement. - We hope you'll enjoy working with us. Building a trusting everyday working relationship with our employees is very important to us. - You have the opportunity to raise your pay level by up to three salary steps. - No prior cleaning experience is needed, but we hope you have some experience working in Finland. The most important thing is a positive attitude and a great vibe. We will train you for the tasks, and our office team is always here to support you when needed! - Our customers value high-quality work, and we carefully allocate realistic cleaning times for each site to ensure you have the best opportunity to succeed. - We are currently looking for employees who have a valid drivers license and are willing to travel by car throughout the year, including in varying driving conditions.
