We live an active daily life together with the residents, and it is easy for new employees to join us. We are now looking for an enthusiastic practical nurse for a permanent employment contract. Our nursing home: Hoivakoti Laune is a place where daily life is lived together – with warmth, presence, and genuine caring. We provide 24-hour residential services for 54 elderly people. Every resident is met as an individual, and the work emphasizes a rehabilitative and encouraging approach. Laune's nursing home is a cozy and community-oriented environment with bright spaces, a safe yard, and small moments of joy every day. Our team works with all their heart, and we invest in staff's self-care and skill development. Practical Nurse's work: You create a safe, meaningful, and dignified daily life for our residents through your presence. Your work includes basic care, outdoor activities with residents, supporting functional capacity, monitoring resident well-being, and various nursing procedures. Additionally, you participate in daily arrangements and activity operations together with the rest of the team. With valid medication permits, you also implement high-quality medication therapy. Employment details: The position is permanent, and working hours can be agreed upon according to your wishes as either full-time or part-time. The work is 3-shift work. Start in the position according to agreement or by the beginning of August at the latest! Salary: We follow the private social services sector collective agreement. The base salary for a practical nurse, depending on experience additions, is €2415.76-2612.33/month (salary class G20C).
