General practitioner in primary care (Hankasalmi health station) - Keski-Suomen hyvinvointialue - Hankasalmi, Finland

We are seeking a full-time general practitioner for a permanent position at Hankasalmi health station. Located about 55 km northeast of Jyväskylä, the new modern facilities opened in January 2021 are situated by the Kuuhankavesi shoreline. The health station offers outpatient services, physiotherapy, mental health and addiction services, laboratory work (3 days/week), and X-ray (1 day/week). Maternity, child, and family planning clinics are located in the family center. The work involves both urgent and non-urgent outpatient care, sector work such as child health clinics, school health, ward work, and elderly care, with occasional evening and weekend shifts. The salary starts at €6,900/month plus possible additional compensation. Qualifications include a licensed doctor in Finland and good Finnish language skills. A specialist qualification or additional relevant training is an advantage. The role involves multidisciplinary collaboration and offers flexible, tailored tasks based on your interests and expertise.
