QHSE Manager - BTB Transformers Ab

In this role, you will act as a driver of continuous improvement across the organization. You will ensure that our operations are built on clear processes, consistent ways of working and a strong culture of continuous improvement. Working closely with management and cross-functional teams, you will ensure that our business management system supports operational excellence, sustainability and the company's continued growth. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining and continuously improving BTB's Business Management System in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards. You will develop processes, operating procedures and documentation, ensuring they remain clear, up to date and aligned with business objectives. You will monitor quality, health, safety and environmental (QHSE) objectives, KPIs and non-conformities. You will lead corrective and preventive actions and implement practices that strengthen safety, quality and operational performance across the organization. In addition, you will coordinate both internal and external audits.
