Toppilansalmi Validia House is a 24-hour supported living unit with 17 residents. Our clients are individuals with disabilities or who have become disabled, and at Validia, we enable them to live a life that is their own and of high quality. You will work in diverse and changing tasks, meeting clients as individuals and supporting them in daily life. Tasks include basic daily activities, medication administration, documentation, and providing personal care and recreational activities. The work is guided by each client’s individual service plan.
