Cor Group's business development and analytics team is looking for a BI analyst! If you enjoy solving complex business problems through data analysis, creating meaningful analytics for business use, and are interested in business models, processes, leadership, and technologies, this role is for you. As a BI analyst, you will be responsible for operational reporting and analysis with major business units, maintaining reports, and defining them with management. You will also focus on how to leverage reporting and analysis to support business decisions and develop data-driven leadership across the organization. You will join a team of about 20 professionals working in a fast-paced, responsible, and humorous environment, with a dedicated Analytics Lead supporting your professional growth. The role can be based in Helsinki or Oulu, with flexible work arrangements including office and remote days. The ideal candidate has basic database knowledge, proficiency in Power BI or Tableau, SQL skills, understanding of relational databases, and a genuine desire to turn data into actionable information. A higher university degree (technical, natural sciences, or business) is required. Experience in BI development, strategy work, programming (e.g., Python), and ETL processes are advantageous.
