Senior Project Manager for Railway Projects

We are seeking an experienced railway professional to join Welado as a Project Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating railway maintenance and construction works, and you will work broadly with multiple stakeholders to manage and develop the rail network's condition. Your duties will be defined together with you based on your experience and interests. The role includes the construction tasks of various rail projects, as well as supervising and directing the construction project together with your team. Welado has offices in Helsinki, Tampere, Seinäjoki, Kouvola, Jyväskylä, Kuopio and Oulu. The working language is Finnish. You will succeed in this role if you enable others to thrive and contribute to a healthy work community, you hold an engineering degree or equivalent technical education, you have at least three years of recent experience in railway construction tasks, and you are committed to our values: open, empathetic, and best for those we work for. Additional preferred qualifications include the most common engineering consultancies credentials, such as RAP/RAPS, safety coordinator, or surface structure credentials.
