Customer Service Representative / Tire Salesperson - Specialfälgar i Finland Oy - Vihti, Finland

The job primarily involves: - Phone customer service, receiving orders via phone and email - Providing technical support for products (training provided) - Supporting traveling salespeople (when they are on the road) - Assisting with inventory (e.g., during vacations, illnesses, and other busy times) - Working hours generally from 8 am to 4 pm Technical skills and product training will be provided. What we cannot teach you, and what the job practically requires: - Ability to handle stress, busy periods, and criticism - Managing multiple tasks simultaneously without affecting your service level - Teamwork. Everyone supports each other, and we do not have the saying "not my problem" - Basic computer skills (email, file management) - Good Finnish and English language skills Advantages, but not requirements: - Swedish language skills - Interest in cars - Proficiency in Excel, Word, etc. We are looking for a long-term employee for our office in Nummela, Vihdin.
