Job Description
Korn Ferry is partnering with a leading financial services organization to deliver end-to-end recruitment support through our RPO model. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building trusted relationships with hiring managers, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and ensuring timely hiring outcomes. The position is based in Sydney CBD, working in a hybrid style with 2 days onsite. The ideal candidate has proven recruitment experience, strong stakeholder management skills, excellent communication, and a candidate-first mindset. Experience in financial services is preferred. The role offers autonomy, collaboration, and the chance to shape workforce outcomes for a major client.
