Join us in providing human-centered care at Kartanokoti in Yläne or Anninkartano in Salo. You will be part of a work community that values individuality, participation, and community. As a practical nurse, you will work with a resident-centered and rehabilitative approach as part of a multidisciplinary team. Your responsibilities include planning, implementing, and evaluating care and nursing work, as well as basic and medication care according to the care plan. You will participate in assessing functional capacity and care needs and provide guidance that includes participation and social interaction. Your work also involves organizing and reporting nursing activities and collaborating closely with relatives and other stakeholders. You will have opportunities to perform various nursing tasks and develop your skills according to different client needs. The work is on a three-shift schedule. Experience in elderly services and caring for clients with memory disorders is appreciated. An active LOVe medication license, RAI assessment skills, good IT skills, and knowledge of kinesthetics and ergonomics are considered advantages. The eligibility requirement for the position is a professional qualification in social and health care (practical nurse) or an equivalent previous qualification, along with a valid registration in JulkiTerhikki and JulkiSuosikki registers.
