Job Description
Avery Dennison is looking for a detail-oriented Finishing Team Member to join our team. In this role, you will be the final touchpoint for our products, ensuring every item meets our 'zero-defect' quality standards before it reaches the customer. Responsibilities include sorting, labeling, and packaging finished goods according to specific customer requirements and quality standards. You will inspect the appearance of finished products, prepare machine cores, maintain a steady supply of packaging materials, and participate in continuous improvement activities such as 5S audits and equipment maintenance. The shift is Monday to Friday, 3pm-11pm, with a pay of $22.47 per hour plus $2 shift differential.
