Gig Food Worker - Henkilöstöliiga - Turku, Finland

We are looking for food workers for our client! Our client is a long-established family business in the food industry, whose number of employees doubles during peak seasons. The company's operations include the production of raw materials into high-quality products for retail stores, large-scale kitchens, and industry. The goal is to produce high-quality products that meet the wishes and expectations of customers. Job description: The job includes various tasks in a food factory. The tasks are mainly producing, packaging, bottling, and sending products forward. The work may also include other general tasks related to food production. Seasonal work is done on a gig basis during the summer until the end of August, on weekdays alternating between morning or evening shifts. The morning shift is 7-15.30 and the evening shift is 15.30-23.00. We are looking for people with good availability for season shifts and possibly also for work after the summer. The workplace is not accessible by public transport, so getting there requires a car. We expect: We hope for a brisk and independent work attitude and good gig availability. Previous experience in food or production work is a plus, but not a requirement. The work requires dexterity, accuracy, and speed, as well as a desire to work in a factory environment with food. The work is repetitive standing work, so good basic fitness is a requirement for the job. We expect applicants to have a valid hygiene passport, access to a car, and Finnish language skills.
