Loader Operator (Kaarina) - Click Henkilöstöpalvelut Oy - Kaarina, Finland

We are looking for a loader operator in the Kaarina area. The employment is temporary, and the duration will be determined based on the progress of the project. Our client company operates nationwide in challenging infrastructure, bridge, railway, earthworks, and circular economy projects. The position will be filled as soon as a suitable candidate is found, as work can start immediately. Primarily, you will work in cooperation with an excavator operator regarding cabling. Occasionally, you will assist with other tasks on the construction site. Work is typically Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Salary is determined by the collective agreement. What do we expect from you? - Previous experience in the field is an advantage, but attitude is more important. - A valid occupational safety and TET (training in working safely at heights) card is considered an advantage. - We also value independence, ability to learn and adopt new skills, attentiveness, commitment to work, good physical condition, and flexibility for possible overtime.
