This is your chance to join this journey! As Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for insurance sales through key car dealers in the region, based in Eastern Norway. You will spend much of your workday in the market and have close dialogue with managers and salespeople at our partners. Your main tasks will be to follow up with dealers and ensure good customer and partner experiences. Through structured follow-up and insight-based measures, you will help increase sales and market share. You will be responsible for your own sales budget and be followed up on several performance elements. The role has no personnel responsibility, but you have extensive results and follow-up responsibility towards salespeople, sales managers, marketing managers, and daily leaders in the dealer network. One of your key tasks will be to identify and implement measures to exploit opportunities in existing and potential new partnerships. You will work across the value chain in the automotive industry and collaborate closely with internal resources.
