Are you the Café Worker we are looking for? We are currently seeking a Café Worker for our client, Kujalan Porotila, in a beautiful setting for the upcoming winter season 2026–2027! As a café worker, your duties include customer service in Finnish and English, as well as various daily tasks in the café. These include preparing products, organizing meals for visitors at the reindeer farm, and presenting and selling products in the farm shop. You will work in diverse environments such as a café, a reservation restaurant, a hut, and a camp, where food is served and stories about reindeer life and the history of the farm are shared. Experience in similar roles and a background in reindeer herding are appreciated but not required. We provide training for all tasks, and you will learn everything you need to know on the job. The ideal candidate is flexible, responsible, and friendly in customer service. You are interested in developing your skills and learning new things. You tolerate outdoor work and pressure well, as part of the work is outdoors. Good physical condition, authenticity, and a cheerful attitude are helpful. The work begins in November, with the duration agreed upon, until the end of March. The position is full-time, but if you prefer a different schedule, you can mention it in your application! The employment relationship is between Bondata and the employee. The employment terms follow the collective agreement for travel, restaurant, and leisure services. Starting salary: €14/hour.
