Job Description

We are seeking a colleague for our back office Customer Operations team, part of Nordnet's Financial Crime Prevention department, responsible for the entire customer lifecycle. The role is ideal for someone with a high ambition level, structured, productive, and analytical, with a background in economics and a few years of banking experience. The job involves administrative tasks requiring accuracy and understanding of financial regulations, including AML/KYC, FATCA, and CRS. Responsibilities include onboarding new customers, managing existing customer data, and offboarding. The team collaborates across departments to improve and automate processes, requiring high system and technical understanding. The candidate should have an academic background in finance/economics, experience with analytical and administrative tasks, and proficiency in Swedish and English, with Finnish, Norwegian, or Danish as a plus.
