Responsibilities
- Be the main contact for healthcare institutions and ensure optimal support and organization of training projects
- Organize project start and serve as the main contact during the project, developing processes
- Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables
- Develop strategic relationships through proactive communication
- Maintain CRM data accurately
- Identify upsell opportunities and execute with sales team
- Provide feedback for process improvement
Requirements
- Successful completion of studies or commercial training
- At least 2 years experience in account management
- Strong customer orientation and stakeholder communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Office programs
- Excellent German (C2) and English skills
