Job Description

We are hiring 2 swine workers for a piglet production facility with 440 sows. The facility is located in Kurikka. One position is permanent. The other is temporary until the end of 2026 (maternity leave replacement). Responsibilities include all tasks related to piglet production and intermediate fattening: caring for and feeding piglets, vaccinations, medication, inseminations, cleaning, barn washing, moving/loading animals, recording data on phone/computer, etc. Previous experience in pig farming is considered an advantage, but training will be provided if necessary. Full-time work. Working hours are generally 7 am – 3 pm. Includes weekend shifts. Salary according to the Rural Industries Collective Agreement. Finnish language skills are required.
