We are now looking for a sales assistant for a fixed-term position at the checkout department of K-Citymarket Pietarsaari. Get to know our department! Here, everyone is met with a twinkle in the eye and the customer leaves the store with a smile. We employ about 50 people and in the cashier team, you will be supported by more than 20 colleagues. In your work at the checkout, you are often the last person the customer meets. Your duties include greeting and attending to customers, handling purchases and payments smoothly and carefully at the line or self-service checkout. You ensure customers receive all benefits, products are neatly displayed, and the store is cozy. We value close cooperation across departments. In practice, this means helping out at the checkout during busy times and assisting department workers to quickly bring out new products from the load to delight our customers. Skills that support your success include a heart for customer service, initiative, thoroughness, and a positive work attitude. You are ready to roll up your sleeves and learn new things. Previous experience in similar tasks is a plus. You can work during store hours and are at least 18 years old. You can work in Finnish and Swedish.
