We are looking for skilled individuals to solve renovation construction challenges in interesting projects within a growing and development-oriented team. As a renovation construction structural design project manager, you will work on diverse renovation design tasks in close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders. As an experienced designer, you will independently handle demanding structural design tasks with support from our staff and lead your work confidently. Our design projects are varied, offering an interesting chance to participate in projects in the Helsinki metropolitan area. In addition, as a project manager, you will lead the project team, and your systematic approach will help keep the project on track. You will also participate in project bidding and contract activities. We welcome your skills and experience. The position is based in Espoo, with partial remote work possibilities. Projects are located in Southern Finland, and occasionally may be farther away. The role requires a suitable degree (Bachelor of Engineering / Master of Science in Engineering) and previous experience in project management. We hope you are familiar with the MagiCAD design tool.
