We are looking for waitstaff for Luosto for the winter season! Interested in working in Lapland? Do you want to experience Arctic nature, northern culture, and the magic of Lapland? We are seeking energetic, customer-oriented waitstaff for our customer site in Luosto for the winter season 2026 - 2027. Luosto is a Lapland ski resort and travel center located in Sodankylä municipality, surrounded by stunning mountain scenery and outdoor trails in Pyhä-Luosto National Park. Our client company offers high-quality restaurant and accommodation services to an international clientele. Job duties include diverse restaurant work such as: à la carte and buffet service, customer service in an international environment, ensuring smooth restaurant operations, independently closing the restaurant if necessary. What we expect from applicants: Previous experience as a waiter/waitress, Independent work approach and readiness to cover shifts, Excellent Finnish language skills and good English skills, Hygiene and alcohol service license (or willingness to obtain before starting work), Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills. It is an advantage if you already have accommodation in the Pyhä–Luosto area or Sodankylä.
