Job Description
We are hiring two full-time early childhood education social workers for permanent positions at Perkkaan early childhood education unit. Perkkaan Daycare Center has a skilled and warm team of six social workers specializing in early childhood education, working closely with educators and families. It is important to us that each child is recognized as an individual and is able to grow in a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment. Our colleagues assist, advise, and guide in daily situations, which has received much positive feedback. Perkkaan Daycare Center is located in Leppävaara, with excellent transportation connections. The location allows for the utilization of diverse learning environments in early childhood education and preschool education. Our modern and functional facilities serve 12 groups of children. The activities are supported and developed with the help of the daycare director, assistant director, two specialized early childhood education teachers, and two language and culture teachers. Your work partner will be a group’s early childhood education teacher. The structure of Perkkaan Daycare Center is solid, staffing resources are good, and substitute arrangements are in place.
