M&A Analyst - Työmarkkinatori - Helsinki, Finland

As an M&A Analyst, you will work closely with the whole team on a wide range of buy-side and sell-side engagements. You will take responsibility for financial analyses, modelling, research, and client materials, and you will be directly involved in transaction processes from day one. This role is well suited for someone who has experience in a similar role or who is eager to develop in a hands-on advisory environment and contribute to high-quality work in a small, experienced team. Key responsibilities include performing financial, statistical, and scenario analyses for ongoing transactions, building financial models and valuation analyses, conducting company, market, and industry research to support client recommendations, preparing client presentations, information materials, and M&A documentation, assisting in transaction structuring and conducting financial due diligence, and participating in client meetings and engaging directly with entrepreneurs and investors.
