A cheerful, active job seeker is sought for non-urgent home care with a client in Järvenpää. Work shifts at the client’s home are on weekdays from 14:00 to 18:00, with the possibility to work at other clients as well. As a personal assistant you help the client with everyday life activities that the client cannot do alone due to disability or illness. No special training is required as comprehensive orientation and support are provided. The role suits people in various life situations and you can influence which shifts you take. You may be a retiree, student, healthcare professional, or similar. The same caregiver or care team will visit the client at fixed times, so the job is not a pure gig role, but long-term commitment to visits. You may influence your working hours and, if desired, the workweek can be built around several clients. Requirements include good social skills, a positive attitude, excellent Finnish language skills, and social and health care education or work experience is considered an advantage.
