Job Description
Korn Ferry is searching for an Associate Recruiter to join our team in Texas. This is a contract role based in Texas with potential for hybrid work. The Associate Recruiter will be responsible for candidate sourcing, developing talent pools, and working closely with business partners to meet recruitment needs. The role requires at least one year of full cycle recruitment experience, sourcing methodologies, ATS experience, and client interaction. The position emphasizes candidate relationship management, strategic sourcing, and customer service. A high school diploma is required, and background checks will be conducted.
