Job Description
We are hiring a security supervisor for a site in Nurmijärvi. The role involves overseeing security operations, training new staff, and ensuring customer service quality. The work is in a large industrial environment, mainly using technical systems like alarms, cameras, and access control. The position is full-time, permanent, with shifts from 6 am to 10 pm, two shifts per day. The ideal candidate has customer service skills, a positive attitude, a valid security guard card, and good Finnish and English skills. Experience in security or customer service is preferred.
