HVAC Project Manager, Caverion Finland Oy, Hämeenlinna/Lahti - Academic Work

As an HVAC Project Manager, you will be responsible for the technical and financial execution of HVAC projects and lead your installation teams professionally. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure projects progress as planned and with high quality. The role combines technical expertise, financial management, and people leadership. You will be responsible for the overall management of HVAC projects, guiding installation teams, and ensuring the technical and financial success of the projects. Your tasks include acting as a supervisor for installation teams, planning resources and schedules efficiently, overseeing the technical implementation of HVAC projects, monitoring project finances and reporting progress, managing material orders and procurement, and serving as a contact person for clients and stakeholders. We are looking for experience in managing HVAC projects and financial tracking, previous experience in HVAC installation tasks, willingness to travel regularly to project sites, and excellent Finnish language skills. We value if you have an engineering or technician degree in HVAC and good English language skills. To succeed in this role, you are stress-resistant, organized, and responsible.
