AI Agile Coach - Solita Oy

You want to be involved in changing how work is actually done? As an AI Agile Coach, you help teams and organizations develop by combining agile practices and AI to improve daily work. The role focuses on streamlining daily tasks, supporting teams, and building better practices with clients. You will work in diverse roles in customer projects, supporting transformation in clearly defined areas. You will work closely with teams and management, coaching them in agile and lean principles and developing practices. You may act as Scrum Master or project leader, collaborating with product owners, project managers, and other key roles. You will facilitate work, workshops, and decision-making, promoting understanding and smooth cooperation between teams. Depending on your experience, your role may focus on daily team development or broader change work with business and executive management. You will participate in implementing change, developing processes, applying practices, and ensuring changes are integrated into larger development initiatives. You will also be involved in designing workshops, communication, and change adoption. You will actively apply and develop AI-based work methods, utilizing AI tools like CollabAI for facilitation, information organization, analysis, and testing new practices with teams. The work is mainly in Helsinki and Tampere areas.
