The Talent team focuses on the interaction between people, work, and technology. We help clients renew their organizations, develop skills, and lead change. We work on organizational and workforce changes, HR transformations, change management, and culture and skills development across industries. We are looking for an curious, enthusiastic, and brave intern eager to learn about these themes practically. As an intern, you will join the NLN (Netherlands & Nordics) market unit with nearly 200 colleagues from diverse backgrounds and industries. You will work on client projects related to organizational changes, talent strategies, HR transformations, or technology and business projects with a human-centered approach. You will support clients in adopting technology, AI, and business change initiatives, including future work planning, skill and role development, capability building, and supporting staff in change situations.
