We are currently seeking a skilled REFRIGERATION TECHNICIAN for a full-time position in Jämsänkoski! In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration systems in our customer properties. The position also involves performing maintenance tasks such as servicing air heat pumps and other related work. The specific duties will be tailored to your skills and background. You can work independently within your area of responsibility, supported by a team of professionals from various fields—helping each other and developing operations together across team boundaries. The working hours are primarily weekdays from 7:00 to 15:30. This is a full-time, permanent position. The start date is flexible, as soon as possible. The salary will be at least according to the Electrical and Electronics Installation Collective Agreement, depending on experience (€18.45/h - €19.48/h), plus possible overtime pay based on actual hours worked and any professional qualification bonuses based on completed certifications. Get to know our skilled team and ISS as a technical employer: ISS jobs - Working in technical services We expect from you: - Relevant education for the role (e.g., refrigeration technician). - A1 or A2 refrigerant certification and a few years of experience in similar roles. - A driver’s license valid for manual transmission vehicles. - Work safety and fire safety certificates. - Fluent Finnish language skills. - A quick, responsible work attitude, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing situations. - An excellent service attitude, enabling you to organize your work together with the customer and your team. - Passing a basic security clearance as a condition of employment, in accordance with the Security Clearance Act (726/2014).
