Job Description
Can you read technical drawings and make metal bend? We are looking for a shearer/plate cutter for a permanent position in Rauma! We are seeking a metal industry professional for our client company in Rauma who is ready to take on tasks. The position is a permanent weekday job on day shift, starting according to agreement in mid-July or early August. Your workday will consist of cutting plates, bending, and manufacturing products directly from work drawings. The role is independent, but you will work as part of a close-knit and skilled production team. What do we expect from you? The most important thing is that you understand the basics of bending and can read technical drawings. We do not expect a master craftsman, but we value a careful, proactive work attitude and a desire to develop. Experience in plate cutting is a big plus, but we will provide guidance on machine operation if needed. Why should you take this job? We offer stable and permanent employment, where you will not get stuck – motivated workers will have opportunities in the future for more demanding tasks such as welding or machining. As an employee of HR Sata, you will receive comprehensive private occupational health care from the first day and a personal contact person who will take care of your well-being throughout your employment.
