Evening and night work for practical nurses with children in Northwest Helsinki - Viisi Vuodenaikaa Oy - Helsinki, Finland

We are looking for a responsible, empathetic, positive practical nurse with a rehabilitative approach for our child client. The work takes place in the homes of our clients, and during the shift, only one child is cared for at a time. The focus of our work is on quality care and a calm environment. The job includes various procedures such as stoma change/emptying, tube feeding to gastrostomy, use of Ella dispenser, ventilation monitoring (airvo), safe medication administration, and ensuring the child's safety. We provide thorough training supported by an experienced nurse. We support working in the child's home and have established good cooperation within the entire team. Supervisors responsible for the teams also support your work. We operate a 24/7 on-call service, which can be contacted if needed. Employees are central to our operations, and we invest in their well-being and retention. In creating daily life for our child clients, nurses are encouraged to use their creativity and superpowers. We especially value that you enjoy working in the child's home environment and working with children. Prior experience in caregiving tasks is an advantage.
