Financial Manager - Talent Center Oy - Remote - Global

We are seeking a financial manager responsible for the overall financial management and supporting the company's growth and development. The role offers responsibility and variety in a growing company, where you can influence financial practices and business development. Our turnover is expected to rise to about 10 million euros this fiscal year. As the company grows, you will develop financial processes and support management in strategic decision-making. Your tasks include managing accounting and financial statements, financial reporting and monitoring, ensuring daily financial operations, participating in management team work, attending board meetings if necessary, and developing financial processes. We expect strong accounting and financial statement skills, experience in financial management tasks, ability to manage and develop operations, good cooperation and communication skills, leadership and negotiation skills, and courage to express your views.
