The municipality of Sodankylä is announcing a vacancy for a permanent special education teacher in early childhood education. The position is located at the Tähtikunta School within the early childhood education and preschool unit. Responsibilities include: Pedagogical responsibility for the children's group activities, collaboration with colleagues and multidisciplinary team, participation in activities supporting well-being and unit development. We expect from you: Qualification in accordance with the Early Childhood Education Act 540/2018, good communication and cooperation skills, readiness for co-teaching or teamwork, development-oriented and courageous work attitude, good oral and written skills in Finnish. Additionally valued: willingness to develop the well-being of the early childhood community, pedagogical courage and open attitude, ability to operate in changing and diverse situations.
