Job Description
We are building a trustworthy welfare area in Vantaa, focusing on justice, responsibility, and courage. We seek a home care assistant for a fixed-term role in family home services, supporting families with practical help, parenting, guidance, and advice. The work involves assisting with childcare and household chores, supporting parents, and participating in family documentation. The work is mainly in clients' homes, with visits lasting 2-3 hours. The schedule is mainly weekdays 7-22, with at least one evening visit per week. The work area is flexible across Vantaa and Kerava.
