Assistant Store Manager Synsam Jumbo Vantaa - Synsam - Helsinki, Finland

Hello, you goal-oriented supervisor who enjoys sales work! We are now looking for an Assistant Store Manager for the Synsam Jumbo optical store in Vantaa, located in the shopping center Jumbo. You will be part of a cheerful and skilled team. The role involves sales work, various tasks in the optical store, and supporting the store manager, especially during their absence. Your daily tasks include team meetings, onboarding, sales, and maintaining a positive team spirit by encouraging and coaching together with the store manager. You should also be able to monitor figures and react accordingly. Experience in work scheduling is appreciated. We are looking for someone with excellent social skills, a commercial mindset, and an energetic attitude. You should be goal-oriented, sales-driven, competitive, innovative, and able to inspire. Fluency in Finnish and English is required, other languages are a plus. The role is full-time (37.5h/week), with working hours according to store opening hours.
