Support Engineer, IT Systems - Zapier - Remote - Global

The role involves delivering and improving IT support for Zapier employees across a global organization, working closely with engineering, people operations, and security teams. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware (Mac), software, and access issues, managing user accounts, handling endpoint tasks with Jamf, and contributing to support process improvements. The role also includes light engineering tasks such as automation workflows and application integrations. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of IT support experience, including Okta administration, and is empathetic, service-oriented, and a pattern-spotter. The position is remote, focused on AU/NZ coverage hours, and offers a salary range of AUD 117,800 to AUD 176,800. The application deadline is 30 days from posting.
